STRATEGIES TO CONSIDER


BUY STRATEGY 

The business impact of the aging of America can lead to the rapid advancement of MBE's while maintaining quality control and continuity for Large Corprate partners. This Strategy elevates the business of both the MBE and Corporate partner to INVESTOR. 


BORROW STRATEGY 

The opportunity for Millenial Start-up Companies looking to grow revenue partnering with 1st and 2nd Generation MBE who seek ways to technologically advance their operations and offerings elevates the standard of business for both in strategic ways that create exconomies of both scale and scope.  


BUILD STRATEGY

The reality that it costs large Corporates to work with smaller MBE's deters growth goals and objectives on both sides.  Building a value chain of smaller MBE's to fill the voids found in many existing supplier diversity strategies is not a new concept, rather its an opportunity to leverage a model that has worked for Japaneese Suppliers for many generations.

EXPLORE OUTCOMES

The feedback and interest from each supplier diversity stakeholder group has been strong.  Most agree there is an opportunity to explore pilot programs stratto egically grow both sides of the supplier diversity equaton to better reach goals and objectives.  

STEP TWO

INVENTORY OPPORTUNITIES

Differences amongst suplier diversity programs do not dilute the universal need to address the intangible obstacles associated with developing and preparing MBE's for sustainable growth. This is strategic priority across all tiers of suppliers.  

STEP THREE

DESIGN A PILOT

The window of opoprtunity to include the generational transfer of businesses and the rapid advancement potential of technology heightenes the need for swift action in all levels of supplier diversity. Strategic Pursuit in these areas benefits American Business.
