About Pamela Jolly

Dr. Pamela C.V. Jolly, Founder and CEO of Torch Enterprises Inc, has over 20 years of proven leadership and strategic management expertise; her primary focus is legacy wealth creation that passes on for generations. Her company Torch Enterprises is a strategic investment firm focused on growing and sustaining minority owned businesses. She is most skilled at guiding organizations to form strategies that elevate standards of business to wealth creation through practical application of business and financial principles.
Since 2004, Torch has assisted over 1000 entrepreneurs and remains committed to raising capital and awareness for women and minorities desiring to build wealth through ownership. Pamela Jolly uses her extensive background in financial services, strategy, community development, and theology, to help minority entrepreneurs and organizations succeed. Her prior work includes banking (NationsBank, now Bank of America), Strategic Consulting (Accenture), Private Equity (Dubois Partners), and Market Research Strategy and Data Analytics (Rosetta).
Pamela co-authored the strategic assessment for the rebuilding of the Greater New Orleans area post Hurricane Katrina. She also underwrote over $200 Million in support for rebuilding efforts in Mississippi. These two experiences sparked her desire to find alternative ways individuals and groups could work together to rebuild their communities with ownership and equity. In 2010 Pamela formalized her unique approach to the work of supporting business owners, investors, and their communities with the creation of The NarrowRoadTM Method, a patent pending business process that infuses culturally relevant elements of society with financial literacy, management, investment and risk.
In 2015 Pamela expanded the use of the NarrowRoadTM to work with individuals and groups to educate and empower audiences to build the required skills and expertise capable of building legacy wealth. Torch now guides organizations and their members on ways to design pathways that lead to increased ownership via custom tailored strategies that include savings, investments, and opportunities to invest made available by the the recently approved Title III Crowd Equity Funding in the Jobs Act.
Pamela has a BS from Hampton University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a Masters of Theology from Boston University School of Theology, and an Ed.D from the Graduate Theological Foundation. Pamela is a sought after speaker both nationally and internationally, lecturing and advising businesses and leaders with her research and work in places such as Korea, China, Japan, Africa, the Caribbean, and most recently Oxford England. She inspires audiences around the country, at every level, to break through barriers and pursue the promise we have inherited and the wealth that comes from owning the fullness of who you are. Her best-selling book detailing the NarrowRoad™ was released in 2015.
